What is QiKIOU?
QiKIOU is an Australian loyalty rewards platform for businesses and customers. Businesses can run points, digital stamp card or spend-and-reward programs, while customers keep participating businesses and rewards together in one mobile-friendly wallet.
How much does QiKIOU cost a business?
Standard signup pricing is $19.00 + GST per month for the first three billed months, then $29.00 + GST per month, plus $0.10 + GST for each successful reward redemption. Earning points or stamps is free.
Can I run a traditional stamp card?
Yes. A business can configure a digital stamp card with its own target and earning rule. QiKIOU also supports points and spend-and-reward models.
Can customers gift rewards to friends?
QiKIOU includes a reward gifting workflow for eligible rewards. Businesses can also enable Pay It Forward so customers can leave a reward for another person to claim.
Can customers transfer points?
For points programs, the business can choose whether point transfers are enabled and can set both a daily transfer-count limit and a daily total-points limit.
Can I stop newly earned points being spent immediately?
Yes. A points business can configure an availability delay of 0, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. Pending points can be shown while they age toward availability.
How are expensive reward claims controlled?
A points business can enable high-value redemption approval. At or above the chosen threshold, an authorised Manager, Admin or Owner can approve the claim using the staff-side approval workflow and a private Manager Approval PIN.
Does QiKIOU support more than one location?
QiKIOU is structured around businesses, sites and locations and includes location-aware business tools. This allows the platform to support businesses operating beyond a single shopfront.
Does QiKIOU work with Square or Lightspeed?
